2. Investment Rules

 

2.1 General Terms

- Investing in Utopia Communities™️ and its subsidiaries is subject to high risk. While we strive to provide excellent returns, we cannot guarantee that your investment will be profitable. Investors may lose part or all of their capital unless they successfully sell their shares.

- Equity Buyback: Utopia Communities™️ offers to buy back shares; however, this buyback is not guaranteed to be at the full purchase price.

- Dividends: Preferred shareholders are entitled to dividends, although these are not guaranteed. We endeavor to pay dividends when feasible, based on company performance.

- Non-Refundable: Investments are non-refundable. By investing, you accept the risk of loss.

- Registration: All offerings are compliant with SEC standards for registration, unless exempt under Regulation D, Regulation A+, or other applicable exemptions.

- KPIs & Quotas: Service completion and payment are contingent upon meeting specific KPIs and quotas outlined in the project agreement. Utopia Communities™️ reserves the right to determine whether these KPIs have been met.

- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services once they have been rendered. Clients agree to pay for services as per the agreed rates and terms.

 

3.2 Physical Products

- Product Sales: Utopia Communities™️ sells real estate, transportation vehicles, and specific products from our subsidiaries.

- No Refunds: All physical products sold are non-refundable.

- Exclusive Agency: We offer exclusive agency services for the sale of real estate and transportation vehicles.

 

4. Affiliate and Referral Programs

 

4.1 General Terms

- Referral Fees: Utopia Communities™️ offers a 5% referral fee for each investment procured through our referral program. The program requires a minimum of $100 in total investments to activate.

- Loan Procurement: We offer a 3% referral fee for loans procured on behalf of the company.

- Grant Procurement: A 3% referral fee is offered for both government and non-government grants procured.

 

4.2 Examples

- Investment Referral: If an affiliate secures $1,000,000 in investments, they would earn $50,000 (5% of $1,000,000).

- Loan Referral: If an affiliate secures a $500,000 loan, they would earn $15,000 (3% of $500,000).

- Grant Referral: Securing a $200,000 grant would result in $6,000 (3% of $200,000).

 

4.3 Tracking & Payments

- Dashboard: Affiliates will (eventually) have access to a dashboard to track their earnings. Currently, investment round information and procuring sources will be provided in a spreadsheet.

- Payments: Referral fees are paid once the referred investment, loan, or grant has been successfully procured and the funds have been received by Utopia Communities™️.

 

5. Subsidiaries and Specialized Policies

 

5.1 Subsidiaries

- Each subsidiary of Utopia Communities™️ operates under its own specific policies, rules, and terms, which are managed by their respective directors and managers. These policies are available on the subsidiary’s specific website.

 

5.2 Access to Business Plan

- Purchase: Access to the Utopia Communities™️ Business Plan is available for a fee of $50.

- No Refunds: All purchases related to business plans, literature, and other proprietary materials are non-refundable.
